2006-09-24 - 11:27 a.m. Prague is awesome. The city is beautiful, the hostel is great, and best of all, we've actaully met people for the first time since Berlin, which means that I get to talk to more than just Jesse in an average day. I'll post about Prague all together, after we leave, but yesterday was the halfway point of the trip, and I thought that deserved a special mention. We've been gone somewhat over two months, have been to twenty one cities, six countries and two continents. I've gone through two watches, one pair of sunglasses and half a pair of earphones. It's been a good trip. I was thinking this morning how weird it is to be starting to get used to traveling. When we started it seemed like we would never get used to it, and now it almost comes naturally. Almost. It is still a little strange to be the experenced traveler in a group, although there is always someone (usually an Aussie) who has done more. Anyway, I'm not much for introspection, but at halfway the trip is going well, I don't hate Jesse, and I'm looking forward to the rest of the trip.
