Work is nuts. There's nothing like being in a Cathedral office to see just how stressful Easter can be. We're doing four extra services that need leaflets, as well as Easter day, which will be a fair bit of work. So, it was a crazy week, but we are reasonably far ahead, which helps.
I should be working on my application for seminary right now, but I'm having trouble going back to it. I spent some good time this morning on the two essays I have to write, but got hungry around lunch, and came home. Now with the TV and internet at my fingertips, not to mention my bed in the next room, we will see how much work I get done. Between today and tomorrow I'll get'er done though- it doesn't have to be over long.
Easter weekend should be good times. We're kicking things off right with a lamb dinner on Maundy Thursday. We did this last year, and this year should be bigger and better. I ordered the lamb yesterday, and for the number of people who we think are coming we had to order two six pound roasts. So, there should be plenty of lamb to go around. I'm invited over to a friend from church's for Easter dinner, so that will end the weekend properly. Add to all that, I get a four day weekend, and things are looking pretty good.
